Trinity Airways Discloses Transactions Worth KRW10.6 Billion in Fiscal Q3 with Affiliate
Trinity Aviation (KRX:091810) confirmed transactions of around 10.6 billion won from its affiliate, Trinity Air Service, during the fiscal third quarter ending Sept. 30, according to a Friday filing with the Korean Exchange.The transactions primarily involve around 10.5 billion won paid to Trinity Air Service in outsourced ground handling and call center operations, along with 118 million won in airline ticket sales to the affiliate.
