Daeho Al Shareholders' Meeting Petition Withdrawn by Minority Investors
Daeho Al (KRX:069460) said the petition filed by Choi OO and three others seeking court approval to convene a shareholders' meeting has been formally withdrawn, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.The petition was formally pulled back after the Daegu District Court, Seobu Branch, accepted the petitioners' withdrawal submission on Aug. 11. The petitioners had originally submitted their withdrawal request to the court on June 30.The original petition had been filed in connection with a management dispute, the filing said.
