Daou Technology Completes Merger With Wise Tracker; Shares Rise 2%
Daou Technology (KRX:023590) completed its merger with wholly owned subsidiary Wise Tracker on Monday, according to a Wednesday filing with the Korea Exchange.Daou Technology became the surviving company while Wise Tracker was dissolved.Wise Tracker offered ad performance analysis and personalized marketing services.Shares of the software and IT services provider rose nearly 2% in recent trade.
