Kumho Petro Board Approved Small-Scale Merger with Unit K&H Special Gas
Kumho Petro Chemical (KRX:011780) board approved a small-scale merger with unit K&H Special Gas, increasing management efficiency and strengthening the business competitiveness, according to a Monday filing with the Korea Exchange.The South Korean company said that the merger agreement will be signed on Wednesday, with completion expected on Nov. 1, and following the merger, Kumho Petro will be the surviving company.The merger will be conducted without issuing new shares, and the registration of the merger is scheduled for Nov. 10.
