Enex to Retire KRW727 Million Worth of Treasury Shares; Shares Decline 8%
Enex (KRX:011090) plans to retire 141,274 treasury shares, valued at 727.2 million won.The shares will be retired on June 4 at a par value of 2,500 won apiece, according to a Thursday filing from the South Korean kitchen furniture manufacturer on the Korea Exchange.Shares of Enex fell nearly 8% in recent trade.
