Ilyang Pharmaceutical Terminates KRW14.5 Billion Leukemia Drug Supply Contract With R-Pharm
Ilyang Pharmaceutical (KRX:007570) terminated its contract worth 14.5 billion won with Russia's R-Pharm for the supply of radotinib, an anticancer drug for leukemia, and related technology exports, according to a Wednesday filing with the Korea Exchange.The contract expired on Monday, Sept. 7, and was not extended due to delays in securing local product approval in Russia and R-Pharm's decision to terminate business operations, the filing said.
