SK Discovery Excludes SK eterinX from Subsidiaries
SK Discovery (KRX:006120) excluded SK eterinX, a renewable energy development and EPC company, from its subsidiaries following the disposal of its shares, according to a Tuesday filing with the Korean Exchange.SK Discovery's shareholding ratio in SK eterinX plunged to zero from 30.7%, lowering the number of subsidiaries to four from five post-share disposal, it said.Shares of SK Discovery added over 2% at market close.
