Plaintiff Withdraws Lawsuit Against Hanchang
A plaintiff has withdrawn the claims on a case filed against South Korea-based conglomerate Hanchang (KRX:005110), according to a Monday filing.The claimant and the company will not make further claims related to the case, according to a ruling by the Seoul Central District Court.The company will not bear the debt claimed by the plaintiff, which was equivalent to about 10.5 billion won in equity capital, according to the ruling.
