Posco Future M (KRX:003670) is accelerating its AI-based manufacturing innovation with a company-wide AI Transformation roadmap with a target completion by the first half of 2028.The battery material and chemical company plans to integrate data-driven AI across the entire value chain, from raw material procurement to product manufacturing and client collaboration, according to a statement on Tuesday.Upon completion of the transformation, the company expects to increase manufacturing productivity by 30%, cut product development time by half, and double the speed of quality issue response through automation.This initiative aims to strengthen POSCO Future M's leadership in the battery ecosystem and secure a significant competitive edge as a global materials company.
