Samyung Trading Completes Merger With SYT Ethanol
Samyung Trading (KRX:002810) has completed a merger with SYT Ethanol, according to a Wednesday filing with the Korea Exchange.Samyung Trading is the surviving company and holds all issued shares of SYT Ethanol, which was dissolved.The transaction did not involve a capital increase nor the issuance of new shares.The chemical and related products distributor will register the merger on Wednesday.Shares of Samyung Trading fell more than 2% in recent trade.
