Dohwa Engineering Reports Fatal Industrial Accident at Work Site
Dohwa Engineering (KRX:002150) said a company worker died in a fatal industrial accident when he failed to return during a diving operation to inspect marine-installed equipment, according to a Tuesday filing with the Korea Exchange.The South Korea-based company said the worker suffered a cardiac arrest at one of its project sites in Yeosu and was declared dead at the hospital.The company said that it is actively cooperating with the investigations into the incident and will establish measures to prevent recurrence once the exact cause has been identified.
