SK Discovery Terminates KRW20 Billion Trust Contract with SK Securities
SK Discovery (KRX:006120) said it terminated a 20 billion won trust contract with SK Securities (KRX:006120) upon expiration of the agreement, according to a Monday filing with the Korea Exchange.The South Korean investment holding company said the contract for the acquisition of treasury stock ran from March 6 to Sept. 7, and 342,700 common shares held indirectly through the trust contract were terminated.Following the termination, the company held 629,096 common shares, representing 3.37% of its issued shares, acquired using profits available for dividends.
