Hanwha REIT Leases Three Properties
Hanwha REIT (KRX:451800) leased three of its properties, namely, the Jung-dong office (10th floor), Guri office building (13th floor), Pyeongchon office building (third floor) for the purpose of generating rental income, the REIT company said in a Monday filing with the Korea Exchange.The Jung-dong office (10th floor) will be leased in two parts. About 406.61 square meters of the floor will be rented to Hanwha General Insurance (KRX:000370) for a monthly rent of 4.8 million won, while 146.35 square meters of the floor will be rented to Hanwha Life Financial Service for 1.7 million won.The Guri office building's (13th floor) 327.90 square meters of the floor will be leased to Hanwha Life Financial Service for a monthly rent of 3.7 million won, while 474.58 square meters of the Pyeongchon office building (third floor) will be leased to Hanwha General Insurance for a monthly rent of 7 million won.Shares of Hanwha REIT rose more than 2% at market close.
