Yuanta 15 SPAC to Delist From Kosdaq
Yuanta 15 SPAC (KOSDAQ:A473050) will delist from the Kosdaq trading board on Oct. 12, according to a Wednesday filing with the Korea Exchange.The delisting stems from the blank check company's failure to resolve the basis for its designation as an administrative issue, such as failure to file an application for preliminary review of a merger listing, within a month of such designation.Trading before delisting will run from Sept. 29 to Oct. 8.
