DavoLink Reports 21.44% Subscription for General Offering
DavoLink (KOSDAQ:340360) said investors subscribed for its 616,400 registered common shares out of 2,875,600 shares offered through a general cash offering, according to a Thursday filing with the Korea Exchange.The South Korea-based technology company said the total number of shares subscribed represents 21.44% of the total number of shares to be subscribed, and the shares were subscribed between Tuesday and Wednesday.The unsubscribed shares will be treated as unissued, and the allocation and refund notice is scheduled for Thursday, with the payment date for share subscriptions on Sept. 14 and listing of new shares scheduled for Sept. 29.
