SG Secures Subscriptions for 39.5 Million Shares in Rights Offering
SG Co. (KOSDAQ:A255220) secured subscriptions for 39.5 million shares of its registered common stock in a rights offering, representing 96.34% of the 41 million shares offered, according to a Monday filing with the Korea Exchange.The South Korea-based company said 33.8 million shares were subscribed via subscription rights, while 5.7 million shares were subscribed via over-subscription.The offering is conducted through an allocation to existing shareholders followed by a public offering of unsubscribed shares, and 1.5 million unsubscribed shares will be offered via public offering from Sept. 8 to 9.The payment is due Sept. 11, while the new shares are scheduled to be listed on Sept. 29.
