Nam Hwa Construction (KOSDAQ:A091590) said its construction contract value for a Regional Housing Association project in Seoul increased by 2.2 billion won to 28.6 billion won in total.This raises its sales contribution from 29.1% to 31.5%, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.Completion date has been pushed by more than three months, from October 2026 to February 2027, to accommodate revised project timelines.The company retains its 30% stake in the joint venture, though it cautioned that both the contract amount and schedule remain subject to change during construction.
