Shinwon Construction (KOSDAQ:A017000) said a subcontractor worker died on July 14, while installing rockfall prevention netting at Chuncheon-Hwacheon road construction site.The construction firm has notified the Ministry of Employment and Labor and is cooperating with police and ministry investigations on-site, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.As the deceased was not a direct employee but belonged to a partner firm, the incident was reported to authorities as required under relevant KOSDAQ listing regulations.The company stated it is assessing the situation and will implement necessary safety measures going forward.
