Innotena Launches KRW1 Billion Repurchase Program; Shares Rise 5%
Innotena plans to repurchase up to 198,019 shares for a total amount of 1 billion won, according to a Wednesday filing with the Korea Exchange.The cloud solution provider entered into a trust contract with securities firm Korea Investment & Securities for the acquisition of the shares, which will be in effect until March 8, 2027.Shares of the company rose more than 5% in recent trade.
