Hecto Financial's Net Income Soars 134% in Q1; Shares Decline 5%
Hecto Financial (KOSDAQ:234340) posted first-quarter net income attributable to shareholders of 7.35 billion won, up 134% from 3.14 billion won a year earlier, according to a Thursday filing with the Korea Exchange.The South Korean financial firm's sales jumped 25% year over year to 57.5 billion won from 46 billion won.Shares of Hecto Financial fell more than 5% in recent trade.
