Pavonine to Retire KRW7.5 Billion Worth of Treasury Shares; Shares Decline 3%
Pavonine (KOSDAQ:177830) plans to retire 2.2 million treasury shares, valued at 7.50 billion won.The shares will be retired on May 26 at a par value of 500 won apiece, according to a Tuesday filing from the South Korean anodization company on the Korea Exchange.Shares of Pavonine fell more than 3% in recent trade.
