Kangwon Energy (KOSDAQ:114190) secured a steam generation system contract from Ankara, Turkey-based Rönesans Endüstri Tesisleri, according to a Thursday filing with the Korea Exchange.The client specializes in construction services and engineering, procurement, and construction in hydrocarbons, power, metallurgy and mining, and process plants sectors.The contract is valued at 16.2 billion won and is valid until June 30, 2027.Shares of Kangwon Energy rose nearly 2% in recent trade.
