Nam Hwa Construction Revises Contract Value for Construction Project to KRW28.6 Billion; Shares Decline 4%
Nam Hwa Construction (KOSDAQ:091590) revised a previously announced supply contract secured from the Im-gwal Regional Housing Association, raising the contract value to 28.6 billion won from 26.4 billion won, according to a Wednesday filing with the Korea Exchange.The revised contract value raises the firm's annual revenue from the contract to 31.5% from 29.1%. The contract completion date was extended to Feb. 5, 2027, from Oct. 24, 2026.The contract amount and construction period are subject to change during the course of the project.Shares of Nam Hwa Construction fell nearly 4% in recent trade.
