Zen Tech Trial Concludes in Defamation Lawsuit Filed by Former Director
The full trial of the defamation lawsuit brought against Zen Tech International (KLSE:ZENTECH) by a former director concluded on July 28, according to a filing with the Bursa Malaysia on Tuesday.The lawsuit was filed by former non-executive director Mohd Anuar bin Mohd Hanadziah in July 2020, following the establishment of an internal investigative working group concerning the director.The Kuala Lumpur High Court has directed both parties to file written submissions set for Oct. 15, with the court's decision scheduled for Oct. 29.
