Xin Synergy Unit Files Police Complaint Against Three Former Directors
Xin Synergy (KLSE:XIN) unit Total IPCO has lodged a second police report against three former directors over alleged irregularities in moneylending activities.The company said an independent review found loans had been approved and disbursed in breach of Total IPCO's standard operating procedures and applicable statutory requirements, according to a Wednesday Bursa Malaysia filing.Further investigations revealed the transactions raised regulatory and legal concerns.The report is not expected to have an immediate material financial impact on the group for the financial year ending March 2027.
