TWL Unit Acquires 45% Stake in Property Investor
Construction engineering company TWL Holdings' (KLSE:TWL) unit TWL Builders acquired 45,000 shares, or 45% stake, in Fairise Odyssey for 42 million ringgit, according to a Friday filing with the Malaysia bourse.The stake was purchased from Lam Boon Ling to bolster resources and support future projects.Fairise Odyssey engages mainly in property investment.
