TSIC Unit Closes Acquisition of Two Industrial Land Parcels
TSIC (KLSE:TSIC) unit BPE Synergy Engineering completed the acquisition of two industrial land parcels in Melaka, Malaysia, according to a Thursday Malaysian bourse filing.Earlier, BPE Synergy Engineering agreed to acquire the two parcels for 1.35 million ringgit, to be paid entirely in cash.The completion follows confirmation from BPE Synergy Engineering's solicitors that the balance purchase consideration had been fully settled.
