Bourse OKs TCS Group's Listing, Quotation of 153 Million Private Placement Shares
TCS Group (KLSE:TCS) said Bursa Malaysia has approved the listing and quotation of up to 152.7 million placement shares under its proposed private placement, according to a Thursday Malaysian bourse filing.The approval, granted on July 1, is subject to several conditions, including compliance with Bursa Malaysia's listing requirements, shareholder approval of the proposals and confirmation upon completion of the exercise.TCS first announced the proposed private placement and diversification plans in May.
