Tan Chong Motor's Subsidiary Signs Three-Year Master Sales Pact With Perodua Sales
Tan Chong Motor Assemblies (TCMA), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tan Chong Motor Holdings (KLSE:TCHONG), has entered into a three-year master agreement with Perodua Sales, according to a Monday filing to the Malaysian stock exchange.The pact, following an earlier letter of intent announced in November 2025, is for providing production-related services for Perodua's battery electric vehicle project in Serendah, Malaysia.TCMA will provide electro-deposition coating and painting line services, as well as rent out a designated assembly line and provide related services for Perodua's BEV project.The master agreement will be for a period of three years starting from June 1, with an option to extend for another two years.
