Seng Fong Closes Acquisition of 51% Equity in Rainbow Rubber Buying Center
Seng Fong (KLSE:SENFONG) completed its acquisition of a 51% equity interest in Rainbow Rubber Buying Center for 280,500 Ghanaian cedis, or 100,500 ringgit, according to a Malaysian bourse filing on Thursday.The acquisition was completed following confirmation from the Office of the Registrar of Companies, Republic of Ghana, the filing said.
