Selangor Dredging Unit Gets One-Year Extension for Land Acquisition Deal
Selangor Dredging (KLSE:SDRED) unit SDB Subang Development has agreed with Hectare Square to extend the completion period for its land acquisition by another 12 months, according to a Wednesday Malaysian bourse filing.The extended completion period will now run from Aug. 13, 2026, to Aug. 12, 2027.According to a Jan. 13 filing, SDB Subang Development signed a deal with Hectare Square to acquire freehold commercial land for 63 million ringgit.
