Scanwolf's Unit Amends Terms of Johor Commercial Development Joint Venture
Scanwolf's (KLSE:SCNWOLF) subsidiary, Scanwolf Properties, signed an amendment to certain terms of a joint venture agreement with Ratna Bina for a commercial development, according to a Monday Bursa Malaysia filing.The revised terms change the monthly payments to the landowner with installments for July 2025 till September 2025 now payable between July and September 2026.The developer will also redeem a loan from Al-Rajhi Banking and Investment (Malaysia) of around 7.4 million ringgit by March 2027, which will be a part of the consideration payable to the landowner.Meanwhile, all other terms remain unchanged.
