Salutica Seeks Court Approval for Proposed Capital Reduction
Salutica (KLSE:SALUTE) has filed a petition to the High Court of Malaya to obtain an order confirming its proposed capital reduction, according to a Thursday filing to Bursa Malaysia.In June, the electronics manufacturing company proposed reduction of 100 million Malaysian ringgit in its issued share capital to streamline its capital structure.
