Ramssol Group's (KLSE:RAMSSOL) subsidiary, Rams Fintech, fulfilled required conditions under its share sale agreements to acquire stakes in two Innio companies, according to a Monday filing with the Malaysian Exchange.Under the proposed acquisitions, the subsidiary will acquire a 60% stake in Innio Holding and a 49% stake in Agensi Pekerjaan Innio.
