Ramssol's Arm Signs Pacts Worth MTW23 Million with Linear Channel for AI, Device Services

Rams Aitech, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ramssol Group Berhad (KLSE:RAMSSOL), has entered into a memorandum of agreement worth a total of 23.2 million ringgit with Linear Channel for the provision of AI software, device monitoring software and information technology equipment, according to a Wednesday filing to the Malaysian bourse.The agreements include an equipment lease worth 4.6 million ringgit, a master reseller agreement for RAMS AI Solutions of 12.4 million ringgit and a software licence agreement for RAMS AI Device Monitoring worth 6.27 million ringgit, under Linear Channel's device-as-a-service program.The agreements will run on a co-terminous basis for 36 consecutive months starting Sept. 2 and expiring on Sept. 1, 2029.The collaboration provides Rams Aitech with a committed base of 10,000 subscription seats, with about 2,000 new devices expected to be provided by the latter and the remaining 8,000 seats deployed on devices already owned by Linear Channel.Under the pact, Linear Channel will pay Rams Aitech a minimum monthly charge of 343,200 ringgits for the 10,000-seat commitment, regardless of the actual number of seats activated or deployed. Additional seats above the committed base will be charged at 34.32 ringgits per seat per month.

Ramssol Unit, CTOS Data Systems to Distribute, Promote EWA Platform

Ramssol Group (KLSE:RAMSSOL) unit Rams Fintech signed a memorandum of agreement with CTOS Data Systems to distribute and promote its earned wage access (EWA) platform, according to a Tuesday Malaysian bourse filing.Under the arrangement, CTOS Data Systems will refer and promote Rams Fintech's "Pay Day Now" EWA program to employers and clients within its network, while Rams Fintech will onboard referred employers, operate the platform and pay commissions to CTOS Data Systems.The companies will also explore broader strategic and data collaboration opportunities.The company said the agreement is valid for two years, and is not expected to have an immediate material impact on the group's net assets, earnings or gearing.

Ramssol Unit to Buy Stakes in Two Firms Worth MYR14 Million

Ramssol Group (KLSE:RAMSSOL) unit Rams Fintech proposed to acquire stakes in Innio and Agensi Pekerjaan Innio for a combined 14.4 million ringgit.The deal includes a 3.6 million ringgit payment in cash and the issuance of 15.4 million new Ramssol shares at 0.70 ringgit each.The businesses are involved in manpower outsourcing, recruitment, and AI-driven job-matching services across Southeast Asia.Post-acquisition, Innio will become a 60% unit, while Agensi Pekerjaan Innio will be owned 49% by the company.The deal is expected to be completed by the third quarter, subject to regulatory and other approvals, it added.
