Press Metal Seeks Shareholder Nod for 35.6% Stake Acquisition in PMB Technology
Press Metal Aluminium (KLSE:PMETAL) is seeking shareholder approval to acquire a 35.6% stake in PMB Technology for 465 million ringgit, according to a Wednesday circular.The acquisition involves 664.2 million PMB Technology shares at 0.70 ringgit each, to be bought from five sellers.Upon completion, Press Metal Aluminium's interest in PMB Technology will increase to about 58.8%, making it a subsidiary.
