PMCK Gets Bourse's Nod to List Private Placement Shares

PMCK (KLSE:PMCK) received Bursa Malaysia Securities' approval to list and quote 109.1 million placement shares on the ACE Market under its proposed private placement.The approval is subject to the company and Malacca Securities complying with the relevant listing requirements and other conditions, according to a Thursday filing.The healthcare service provider is required to notify Bursa Securities upon completion of the placement, it said.
