PMB Technology Seeks Fresh Mandates for Share Buy-Backs, Related Party Transactions
PMB Technology (KLSE:PMBTECH) is seeking to renew its authorization to conduct revenue-generating transactions at its upcoming annual general meeting, according to a Tuesday Malaysian bourse filing.Shares gained over 2% in Wednesday's midday trade.The tech firm is also seeking its shareholders' nod to renew authority to repurchase the issued shares of the company.PMB Technology will share a statement containing details of the plans with shareholders in due time, it noted.
