PLYTEC Unit to Buy Land for MYR6 Million
PLYTEC (KLSE:PLYTEC) unit PLYTEC Formwork System Industries has agreed to acquire a land parcel in Selangor, Malaysia, for 6.2 million ringgit in cash.The 1.9551-hectare freehold vacant land is located near the group's existing facility and manufacturing plant, and could be developed for additional manufacturing, warehousing or other operations.The acquisition will be funded through internally generated funds and bank borrowings.The deal is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to the relevant approvals.
