Pentamaster Seeks Fresh Mandates for Share Buy-Backs, Related Party Transactions; Shares Rally 6%
Pentamaster (KLSE:PENTA) is seeking to renew its authorization to conduct revenue-generating transactions at its upcoming annual general meeting, according to a Wednesday Malaysian bourse filing.Shares jumped over 6% in Thursday's midday trade.The manufacturer of machinery components is also seeking its shareholders' nod to renew its authority to repurchase the issued shares of the company.Pentamaster will share a statement containing details of the plans with shareholders in due time, it noted.
