PDZ Proposes Capital Reduction
PDZ (KLSE:PDZ) proposed a 65.4 million reduction in issued share capital via cancellation of issued share capital, according to a Monday filing.The exercise will reduce issued share capital to 93.2 million from 158.6 million, without changing the company's 588.4 million shares in issue or shareholders' holdings.The proposal requires shareholder approval, and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027.PDZ said the exercise will rationalize its financial position and reduce accumulated losses.
