Pavilion REIT's Distributable Income Rises in Q2
Pavilion Real Estate Investment Trust (KLSE:PAVREIT) reported a distributable income of 92.7 million ringgit for the second quarter, up from 84.9 million ringgit a year earlier, according to a Thursday filing with Bursa Malaysia.Earnings per unit improved to 0.0227 ringgit from 0.0213 ringgit a year earlier.Net income increased to 89 million ringgit from 78.7 million ringgit in the corresponding quarter.Net property income rose to 142.3 million ringgit from 129.8 million ringgit, while gross revenue increased to 221 million ringgit from 213.3 million ringgit a year earlier.
