Nexgram's Employee Share Option Scheme to Expire on Wednesday
Nexgram Holdings (KLSE:NEXGRAM) said its Employee Share Option Scheme (ESOS) is set to expire on Wednesday, after five years since its implementation on Jul 16, 2021, according to a Tuesday filing to the Malaysian stock exchange.As of the announcement date, around 57 million ESOS options remain unexercised and will lapse once the scheme expires.The company's ESOS Committee will also be dissolved on Wednesday.
