NCT Alliance (KLSE:NCT) is seeking to renew its authorization to conduct revenue-generating transactions at its upcoming annual general meeting, according to a Wednesday Malaysian bourse filing.Shares slid about 2% in Thursday's midday trade.The information and technology company is also seeking its shareholders' nod to renew the authority to repurchase the issued shares of the company.NCT Alliance will share a statement containing details of the plans with shareholders in due time, the filing said.
