Milux's Recurrent Related Party Transactions With Movon Exceed Threshold
Milux's (KLSE:MILUX) actual aggregated value of recurrent related-party transactions with Movon has exceeded the shareholder-approved amount by over 10%, according to a Thursday Malaysian bourse filing.The electric appliances company had obtained shareholder approval for the renewal of its recurrent related-party transaction mandate at its annual general meeting on June 23.Milux did not disclose the transaction value or the reason for the higher amount.
