Mikro MSC to Acquire Broadguard for MYR30 Million
Mikro MSC (KLSE:MIKROMB) has agreed to acquire the entire equity interest in Broadguard for 30 million ringgit, according to a Wednesday Bursa Malaysia filing.The consideration will be settled entirely through the issue of around 51.7 million shares at 0.58 ringgit apiece.The acquisition complements the company's existing electrical and electronic business by adding wholesale and distribution capabilities.
