Media Chinese International Unit to Sell Canada Property for C$6.9 Million
Media Chinese International (KLSE:MEDIAC, HKG:0685) said its indirect wholly owned subsidiary agreed to sell a property in Canada for C$6.85 million.The sale is expected to complete on Dec. 1, with the buyer taking vacant possession the following day, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing.The disposal is expected to generate net proceeds of about C$6.6 million before tax, which the group plans to use for general working capital within 12 months of completion.
