KJTS Group's Thai Unit Signs 20-Year Cooling Agreements with Centel
KJTS Group's (KLSE:KJTS) Thailand subsidiary, KJTN Engineering, signed four agreements with units of Central Plaza Hotel (Centel) for cooling-related works at four hotels in Thailand over 20 years, according to a Wednesday filing with Bursa Malaysia.The agreements include cover retrofit works, operation and maintenance services and chilled water supply.Works are expected to commence in September and conclude by February 2027, while maintenance and chilled water supply is from March 2027 to February 2047.The contracts have an aggregate fees of around 393.8 million baht.
