Industronics Served with $5 Million Lawsuit Over Loan Agreement
Industronics (KLSE:ITRONIC) has been served with a write of summons by Bluemount Investment Fund SPC over a March 2025 loan agreement, according to a Monday filing with the Bursa Malaysia.The writ of summons could lead to a financial exposure of around $5.2 million, which amounts to the principal sum and accrued interest, excluding further interest and legal costs.
