IQ Group Seeks Renewal, Expansion of Transactions Mandate
IQ Group (KLSE:IQGROUP) is seeking shareholders' approval to renew and expand its mandate for recurrent related-party transactions of a revenue or trading nature at its annual general meeting on Aug. 27, according to a circular issued on Thursday.If approved, the mandates will allow the company and its units to enter into the specified transactions in the ordinary course of business, the home convenience products manufacturer said.
