Inta Bina Bags MYR116 Million Residential Project; Shares Up 3%
Inta Bina Group (KLSE:INTA) has secured an order worth 115.7 million ringgit from Sime Darby Property (KL East), according to a Monday filing with Bursa Malaysia.The company's shares were up nearly 3% in Tuesday's trade.The company received a letter of award for the construction of 61 units of three-storey terrace houses and one electrical substation.The 30-month contract is scheduled to start on Aug. 24 and is expected to be completed by Feb. 23, 2029.With the latest contract, Inta Bina's outstanding order book has increased to around 1.7 billion ringgit, and pushed the group's total job wins in 2026 to 424 million ringgit.
